Kayley is an influencer marketing strategist, working with brands & influencers to connect the dots. She has 6+ years experience working in fashion e-commerce, instagram management and brand strategy. At 20 years old, she co-founded a fashion e-commerce brand which she grew to a multi-six figure business. Her role was leading all marketing including: PR, social media, and influencer strategy.
The bulk of Kayley’s work is contracted by brands looking to develop smarter relationships with influencers, and more effectively measure ROI. She runs full-service campaigns: strategy, audience research, influencer management, and reporting. She specializes in micro-influencer marketing and currently manages a network of 400 content creators across Canada & the USA.
In 2017, Kayley created Blogger’s Brunch: an inspirational and instagrammable meet-up for content creators. The initial concept was co-hosted by Joe Fresh, travelling to major cities across Canada and engaging 15-50 influencers at each event. She now hosts monthly Blogger’s Brunches sponsored by local restaurants in her hometown of Calgary, AB.
Currently, Kayley splits her time 50/50 between managing brand campaigns, and creating content for her audience (on instagram, youtube, and her podcast). She has worked with brands such as Joe Fresh, Abercrombie & Fitch, Mejuri, Nudestix, RBC, and L’Oreal. Having worked on both sides of the equation - as a brand and influencer - she has developed a unique perspective on what makes influencer relationships work.
